My name is Trish and I am the proud owner of TS Athletics. Health and wellness have always been important to me. I’ve always struggled to feel confident and comfortable in my gym wear; I found myself constantly covering up my insecurities by wearing oversized t-shirts and hiding the real me. This experience led me to create a brand that would allow others to love themselves, and find their inner beauty. In a world filled with noise and expectations, I want to provide you with a more spiritual approach. A brand that represents calmness, growth and authenticity. A little background on our upcoming MODEST Collection for those of you who are new here. At TS Athletics, family and spiritual healing are at the core of everything we do. This collection was inspired by my grandmother, Crucita is someone incredibly special to me.

My grandmother hand-picked every single item and lovingly assisted in the naming process, making this collection deeply personal and intentional. She envisioned a line that feels graceful yet still sexy and appealing, reminding women that confidence doesn't come from showing skin, but from how you feel within.

She is such a beautiful, spiritual soul someone who lives with deep faith and strong boundaries. Growing up, she always poured confidence into me. Through her, I learned strength, resilience, and independence. She's always embraced my intuitive side while grounding me in scripture and reminding me of the deep importance of divine belief and family.
